Photo Release

We are so excited to be working with you!
We work very hard to create images that reflect our subject, while keeping in line with my artistic vision and creativity. We know you will want to share them and we typically include a sneak-peek for that very reason. However, we ask that you simply "share"/"repost" instead of "screen shotting" or right-clicking, saving, and sharing the image via your own social media.

Permission: I grant the photographer and their legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same.

Use and Disclosure: I agree that the photographer may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content

Release and Waiver: I release and discharge the photographer from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.

Compensation: I understand that I will receive no compensation for the use of the photographs.

Ownership: I acknowledge and agree that all copyright and ownership belongs to the Photographer. I also acknowledge that I maintain a "User License" to the photographs that I have paid for or been given use consent by the owner of the copyright. Removal of copyright metadata or watermarks is a breech of this agreement.

Minor Release (if applicable): If the subject is a minor, these agreements are with the parent or legal guardian of the subject.
